My experience was good at first and then I was terminated by a conniving person who would rather work you to death than let the other workers do the job. She claims my work performance was poorly because I wouldn't work as fast as a robot would, I'm only one man and I can only work but so fast and so much. When you try to push someone past their limit problems begin to occur, like for example I am having trouble with my left arm due to torn ligaments in my left shoulder. That's from being worked like a dog instead of a human being. You can't expect a person to do certain things in a time limit when there are obstacles in the way. When you have a trailer that is lower than the dock that slows down the process as well as having to get off your lift to stack boxes in order for everything to fit, so it is impossible for a person to do the job in the time limit for the job. I loved working at Quickies but if you have supervisors on the job who cares more about their job than their employees then you're going to lose a whole lot more people than you would business . Because it's the workers who are the ones that is making you the money, busting their butt's to get the truck's loaded and the orders filled, NOT the supervisors.
