Shipment was expedited by shipper, no attempt to deliver and ultimately returned to shipper. No notice to us that delivery was attempted. There seems to be a very lazy driver on this route. Sometimes their service is OK, but certainly not from this driver!! Very unreliable.

Didn't deliver item, never left a notification for pick up. I checked tracking and they have had my package for 5 days! And have an alert that they are going to send it back. Awful service. Will not choose purolator for my own packages.

Another attempted delivery while I was in the house. Somehow the doorbell does not seem to work for this delivery company. Doorbell works for others. Its Friday PM guess I will drive into Penticton Monday to get the package I needed for the weekend. Too bad I wasted the $ on speedy delivery.
