If I could give this a zero I would. I went there for when this business opened this morning to ship a DHL package. The lady was late opening and was very rude. Avoid this place and go somewhere else.
Rajesh was very helpful, kind and considerate while handing me my Purolator parcel. I got there right before close and he was still willing to help me, and even gave me a sweet little pencil. Thank you Rajesh!

Worst delivery service ever. They don't even try to deliver your package. We have doorbell camera's. Your guy never showed up. I have to drive across the city to pick it up a package your lazy delivery driver didn't deliver. Even worse is having your guy call me to pick up my package... And literall...

The Lady working when I went was super polite and quick, which is what we need during covid times.

The staff seems friendly enough.
Cons:
The signage for the business is barely existent.
Their hours are apparently approximate.
PS: It's August 26th, more than 5 months into COVID. Unless your business has an infection please don't use that as an excuse. And at least update your hours...
