The tech Vincente was awesome!! He was timely and efficient. Very knowledgeable about installations and even my TV. He even showed me a couple of features I didnt know I had. This is my second time using them and yet to be disappointed. Thank you, Puls!!

Edit: updating review to reflect actual experience after the day of. So three visits and $300+ later the dishwasher is still not fixed. I'm not sure how a qualified technichian does a "full diagnostic" on a dishwasher and misses that it's not pumping out the water,l the first time, one of its main functions. Received a quote for an additional $125 plus labor. Brand new dishwashers are less that what it would cost to fix this one at this point. Over priced for inadequate repairs. Leaving the below for reference.

He was very knowledgeable, fixed the problem in a speedy manner. Was very very nice and pleasant. He put everything back in Refrigerator . I will ask for him if I ever have a problem again.

There are not enough stars to tell you how wonderful Abbas is. From the moment he walked in the door he was so professional. He took his time, was very particular in as he put covers on his shoes every time he came in. He made sure everything was working perfect before he left. I have never had such great service like this before! My neighbor had an issue with her fridge , he had no problem taking care of that right away also. Abbas is fantastic and besides all of this he is one of the nicest people I have come across in a long time.

Alexander actually arrived early. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Tech arrived a little late but notified me in plenty of time. He was knowledgeable about an older gas washer and dryer and diagnosed the needed repairs with an estimate. Good job all around.

Mr. Young my dryer maintenance repair man was very diligent at his work and I felt very safe having him come into my apartment. He went well above and beyond for repair needs. He is a small guy but has a lot of heart in his work plus he was so professional in what he did........he was literally a maintenance Ninja from start to finish! I found Puls online through a search and am glad I decided to schedule an appt. I was able to get Mr. Young to fix my dryer within hours of scheduling my appt.
