Dear property finder. Please ensure the agents that are allowed to get business from your portal are trustworthy. Paid commission for a unit in Damac Akoya and the agent has run off with my money and here i sit with no contract, no unit and 4000AED robbed from me.

All of Your agents / clients are posting the most misleading photos in ads on your website to attract the customers and once caught they blame IT or some other stupid excuses
This is Illegal!
Either u make proper accuracy protocols or admit your inaccuracy

I don t advice any real estate companies or brokers to advertise with Propertyfinder since their price is increasing year after year and every time they are creating new way to steal your money (features add ,points syst...)
Greedy, disrespectful ,not loyal to their customers

They are careless about the ads on their website! They don't even check the dates-updates.. I write them several times about some ads, which are not available but not deleted by the agents and IM LOSING TIME by seeing those kinda ads on the website. Today was the last time i am visiting and also never going to recommend this website to anyone as they are not trustable anymore!

I was able to find an apartment through proper finder and I really do like the website. However, I would like to complain on an agent that I have got my apartment through and would kindly request property finder to share this review with the concerned agent.
Your place real state broker is the agent i dealt with and they are extremely unprofessional! the flat we got through them was very dirty, the people who work there that we dealt with like Marjie, Marcello arcangeli were really unprofessional and not helpful. We were promised to get the apartment clean and of course this didnt happen, we actually found coacroches in the apartment! please share this review as I trust property finder will do so. Please make sure to supervise the satisfaction of this agent as they are extremely bad!

very very poor management of property finder and very low protocols, the portal can be manipulated and is allowing real estate agents to false market the property and I as a landlord am very unsatisfied with the way the property can be false marketed by a agent to fish for buyers. After several complains also the management of property finder is having friends in the back office who can allow the manipulation to keep carry on.

Several agents are allowed to post multiple listings of the same property? Do you ever cross check those listings? Example: I have found nine (yes 9) listings of the same 2 bed in JBR for rent listed with 9 different agents. Myself as a landlord trying to rent out a similar property, this creates a false sense of availability to potential tenants and reduces values not to mention your credibility as a portal...

A nice and user-friendly site to search for the best property in UAE especially in Abu Dhabi with verified listings saves a lot of time.I highly recommend.

Amazing website love the new verified listing in AD saves a lot of time

yesterday, our listings in their portal was removed. all verified listings were unverified. although it is just a few hours, it has hurt our business.

Extremely unprofessional and don't even have skills to entertain their clients on the phone. They will drop calls during conversation.

This was our 1st time lease with Your Homes Real Estate Brokers
Our stay at MD 5 was remorseful. The Apt is of inferior maintenance.
Move-in to Move-out we only spent on Apt cleaning & rectifying defects.
The Apt was handed over to us in an undesirable condition.
We couldn t stay in the Apt on our 1st day due to unresolved defects.
Main door lock broken, refrigerator compressor faulty, gas burner ignition faulty, kitchen & bathroom with dirty areas.
Our follow ups on incomplete works were blatantly ignored by Agent.
Additionally, the Apt has filthy odor 24x7 as garbage room next door.
The Kitchen exhaust never worked. We had immense distress in cooking.
Sonia Chhabra is overwhelming at pre-lease only & disobliging post-handover.
Our experience with her was dissatisfactory & displeasing
We received no assistance with snags / defects during move-in.
However, we were expected 100% delivery during move-out
It was our most regretful decision with no option but move out.

The biggest waste of time on earth! I called them more than once to inquire about an apartment which is listed on their website, the agents refuses to note down the reference number & tells you someone will call you back in 5 minutes don't worry & nothing!!!!!!!! looking at the rest of the reviews in here am not surprised of the unprofessional attitude of your customer service consultants!
