Worst experince and customer service I've ever dealt with. If a Dr. requests testing from this lab ever again I will refuse testing. I spoke with billing and was told one thing and agreed would be placed on a payment plan then received a letter in the mail I was going to be reported to creditors if I didn't pay in full. Awful experience all around.
If I could leave a negative rating I would. They have submitted my account to bill collection twice now after I paid it in full. This is almost 3 years after the service. They also lost my full medical case history which was faxed to them by my doctor and were unable to provide proof of its destruction. This is a clear violation of HIPAA and CCPA regulations. How a company can be this dysfunctional is beyond me. Do yourself a favor and if you are an MD, skip this lab or you risk HIPAA litigation from a patient. If you are a patient, ask your healthcare providers not to use them.
So after telling me that the charge was going to be $75, they switch it to $690? Now they send it to a credit collector at the higher amount. How about sending me a bill for $75 and I'll pay it. Otherwise send it to the credit collector, I'll never pay you a dime.
