Carers from Promedica have cared for my 92 year mother, who suffers from quite progressive dementia and poor mobility since her discharge from hospital 8 months ago.
My mother requires supervision when mobilising and so constant supervision as she is impulsive and forgets to use her Zimmer frame. She has become very anxious about being left on her own and thus requires constant reassurance and support. She also requires assistance with meals and personal care.
They have been fantastic. Treating my mother as though she was their own grandparent. The care has been thorough and professional at all times.

Late last year I lost my father and with my mother to look after, I took on a care agency to live in with her. After 3 month s I decided things were not quite right for my mother. Promedica 24 were recommended to me by Social Services. Promedica 24 were on top of things from day one and had things in place very quickly. The transition for me was fantastic and with everything in place, life for both my mother and I is so much easier now. My mother is now receiving the care I had hoped for. They are at the end of the phone if you should need them and sort out anything you ask for straight away. Promedica 24 are definitely one of the best recommendations I have ever had. I promised my father that I would look after my mother and am very grateful to Promedica 24 for all of their help.
