Came on Sunday, waited until 12:20 when the website said it would open at noon. Buildings were closed, nobody answered the phone. Waited 10 more minutes because we had been really excited. Still nobody. Anybody know why?

Contemporary art linked to the history of the emancipation era simply by the fact that the art is located in the row houses. Much of the art asks the viewer to make their own connection. If you haven't made the connection for yourself, Project Row Houses is a must visit.
