Awful company, staff are bullies, rude and terrible service.

Absolutely vile company. 5 years after leaving and I'm still having issues.

Love working for this company, great scope for progression and development

Terrible the worst experience ever. Never work for progressive care the managers bully staffs and make them work and work without taking into account that they will burn their staffs out. Massive staff over and the company runs on the money that they get from workers when they leave asking them to pay back for all training which was mandatory training. Honestly I shocked no one has never clicked on this organisation always has jobs going on because that s how they make money.
I given them 0 rating and please never work for them.

Since leaving Abbeyfield, Family assessment center, I have been back to visit. I loved working there so I couldn't wait to go back and do some voluntary work for them.
On my arrival back, I have seen nothing but great changes, from redecorating to changes in the service provided to the clients. The new manager has done an amazing job making the service her own pride and enjoy.
There are many negative reviews about this service but I would like to encourage any hard working individual to give it a try, I know if you work hard for them you will get there support and gratefulness back.
It's nice to see the service thrive so much.
