Such a pathetic experience... They called me for interview for 'recrument executive' position where they didn't had opening for that.. Later they carried 2 rounds for that post itself and when it came for face to face interview they told they don't have opening for that.

If you are going to meet the director for a face to face interview, prepare yourself. The reason is because you won't get an idea what's right or what's wrong you have spoken to him because he gives the same facial expression every time. So you won't get an idea what you have missed out and what you spoked correctly during an interview. He will leave you in doubt.
Office is situated in a calm environment. I had been there to attend an interview , office ambience is great. Staff are very friendly and polite. They conduct interviews on time.

Very bad experience with Nalasha, After all successful rounds of interview ,they didn't even respond. But thanks to nalashaa, Now I am working for Intel.
Just beware during this pandemic times. If this company and another schedules interview then prefer to give your time to another company. Here during these tough times they don't have any vacancies but they conduct dummy interviews just to show billing hours. Seems like pact between who are on bench doing dummy interviews both HR's and senior resources working here. Its obvious HR's doesn't have any work so they make tech team to take dummy interviews. As per experience even I have taken such dummy interviews where I worked previously. Its all the same every where. I can smell that they're doing TIME PASS interviews in first 5 minutes itself

Totally wastage of time if you involved in interview process.
After cleared all round they said you are selected and when you ask for offer letter they will say one more round is remaining and send your resume for another project.
It's been a year since I've joined Nalashaa. By far it's been one of the best companies that I have worked for. I was surprised when I saw a couple of negative reviews, not sure what frame of mind people were in at that point of time. As far as I can tell the people the processes and the work environment is something that you can't really complain about!
Well the work culture is something that I really appreciate and having enthusiastic people right from the HR's was something I could connect to be a vibrant person myself.
