Princeton BMW

I received three times on the service including the video from the technician, which was great service.
I could select the service from the list given in the text, which was great as well.

I assumed every service was completed since I selected no additional services. So I went to the dealer to pick up my car but the service manager said the car was not ready since he did not text me directly.

It turned out the car was already ready for pick up so I did not have to wait another a few hours that was good. however, this confusion made me uncomfortable.

One suggestion is it would be nice if you keep all my car maintenance records in your database or BMW database. I felt paper hard copy was a waste since you are utilizing all the technology.

However overall experience at BMW Princeton was great. Thank you very much.

I had great experience buying my X5. Alex Escobar and Craig did a wonderful job to describe the models and the sale was done same day. Then Gregor the product specialist explained the features of the car patiently as I was new to a BMW car. It cleared most of questions I had. Overall I had a great experience buying my BMW at Princeton BMW and will recommend for anyone wanting to buy one. The staff are all friendly and very helpful to meet your requirements. 5 star service.

Clint Coleman, our salesman, was excellent. He helped us locate a X3MC in the exact specs that we wanted. We reached out to all the BMW dealers within a 100 mile radius and Clint gave us the best offer with the least drama. We really appreciated the lack of back and forth regarding the price. He was also very responsive over text message and answered all our questions in a timely manner. I would recommend Clint to my friends that are looking for a BMW.

I had flat tire at the New jersey Turnpike and brought my car this place. They replace my front tire with my extended warranty and offer me car wash.
Mr.Tylor did excellent job to apply my tire extended warranty which cost me nothing.
I really appreciate their fast service to make my travel happy.

Luke was my advisor and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Very informative and helpful. The entire staff was great. I did request for the cap on my bumper to be replaced but it might have been overlooked because I had so many other jobs on the car to be done and that s so small. Other than than my experience was better than any other bmw I ve been to.

Purchased a new 430i from Princeton BMW and I am really taken with it and the staff. Sales staff (Alex) was upfront and priced my vehicle with all I asked for. No promises, no playing with numbers...but I have to say a nice promotion price. Gregor, my BMW genius was just that...taught me all I wanted to know, and made me unafraid of the technology. We named my vehicle, and she answers when I ask her almost anything (her name is Lucy). I can also get in touch with Gregor if I have a question. Getting to know my car is amazing!
