I received three times on the service including the video from the technician, which was great service.
I could select the service from the list given in the text, which was great as well.

I assumed every service was completed since I selected no additional services. So I went to the dealer to pick up my car but the service manager said the car was not ready since he did not text me directly.

It turned out the car was already ready for pick up so I did not have to wait another a few hours that was good. however, this confusion made me uncomfortable.

One suggestion is it would be nice if you keep all my car maintenance records in your database or BMW database. I felt paper hard copy was a waste since you are utilizing all the technology.

However overall experience at BMW Princeton was great. Thank you very much.
