This company sent us products at 2 of our locations with out an order from us. Then argued with us about it, saying we did order it. We have never ordered a thing from this company. We are a couple states away. They couldn't prove delivery of the items and then also stated that they wouldn't take the returns. $15.99 for a can of penetrating lubricant. I certainly think not. Only one location actually received the non-ordered product. We will be returning it to the ship from address and we will not be paying these invoices. We have now black listed them in our company to make sure we never give them any business at all. I work for a large company and I do business with hundreds of vendors and I have never come across such a horrible business.

Great Company to do business with, I use all my lighting and Cleaning products from them. Quality products for sure.

Company sent us something for "free" along with a 450.00 bill. What a scam! I'm not sure how they are even in business.

I've worked here, it is a great place to work because of the atmosphere, great people. I was unhappy with the selling practices but anyone who actually listens to what the man is trying to sell you can make a decision to purchase the items or not. No one forces any product on anyone, you can always just hang up the phone.

The 'salesman' rushed/pushed our shop supervisor through the sales call. He would not give prices for his products. He sent us 12 ballasts and the invoice was over $1,000.00. When we tried to return them, the salesman would not give us the address to ship the ballasts back. He said they do not accept returns and would give us a 30% discount on our order. The problem? Even with a 30% discount, it was still incredibly overpriced. Had we known the price of the ballasts (he would not tell us the price at the time of the order and our shop supervisor ordered them on good faith that the pricing would be reasonable, not gouging), we would not have placed the order.

This company has TERRIBLE customer service. Their prices are so outrageously inflated that they cannot afford to take their items back in stock, which is why they can offer "discounts" of 30%. And the product is 'mid-grade' at best, not even a 'top of the line'. I will NEVER recommend this company and I have to give them 1 star because you have to give a rating, otherwise they would get a negative star rating!!!

A guy calls me at my business, and acts like he knows me and shoots a lame sales attempt at me. (give me a free gift) i see how weak it is, so i feel sorry for him, so i make a purchase. i call back and reconfirm my order and then i receive the wrong item & over priced. i call back the first person i talk to is completely lost! then i talk to the gentleman that sold me the lights, and he tells me that he will rectify the situation. i tell him i will use what he sent and even purchase additional fixtures to hold the lights-that was 3 days ago. do yourself a favor and call someone else, or don't answer a call from them.

Wonderful place. Employees who offer a large variety of products, nothing but top quality, willing to help meet any needs and always satisfied purchasers who are impressed that such quality still is available nowadays. Would strongly recommend!!!!

Scammer! Same as Mapco Of Florida Inc., Superior Service and sales, Global Products LLC, United Product Supply & Commercial Lighting Company. All are linked not sure how but got me for about 16k. Check out BBB on each..They gave our maintenance man $1000 gift card to place orders with them.
