One of my favourite places!! The food is flavorful inventive and not insanely spicy. I would say it's wholesome and healthy!

Lazaniya and Nachos are the best delivered items here . It is worth going if you are looking for cheese items and is an Italian lover . This place delivers the best italian in pune . It lies on the ground floor in the westend mall . The ambience is also good .

This place has a variety of different types of food and the taste is also amazing.

Have been to this place thrice , since it shifted to westend mall, earlier it was on the parihar chowk road, just close to todays kaka halwai. I have been a patron since 12 years now. This was a exclusive place in the earlier days, as pune had not much western food exposure. But still today they have been able to keep up, but seems the menu has changed and some earlier favorites are not there. Ex: I used to realish bavarian chiken steak, but not found now. All in all i still find the place interesting with its posh location and ambience, and would recommend it.

Service has indeed become a very important factor to judge a restaurant, as it signifies how you treat your customer, attentiveness. It is understandable at peak hours for the food delay with all the tables occupied, but with an almost empty restaurant with more than enough waiters, it is unacceptable. These 3 stars are for the good food and poor service. It felt like the food was prepared on time but, taking orders, getting the food from the kitchen was most time consuming. We had orders cheese poppers, nachos, Alfredo pasta, pollo fajita pizza, and a cheese chicken burger. The food was amazing, wont say it was worth the wait though. It is a little expensive too and also they levy a "service charge". Good going!

Food - Ok, do not try Indian dishes and it was served cold though freshly prepared!
You can try continental or Italian may be.
Money - Costly with respect to food.
Ambience - Ok.

The place is in a Mall so the feeling that you get before entering it is faded away by the malls ambience. The food was okay as well.. although the ambience inside is quite lavish.

Everytime I come here, I am never disappointed by the food. It's so tasty, always. The ambience and service are also at par.

Food and ambience is good. Would request not to levy service charge or educate staff to accept immediately if and when a customer refuses to pay. If hotel is any ways offering discounts thru bookmyshow , happy hours and zomato gold then why so much of ignorance in staff for not widhrawing 5% Service charge. Paying Service charge is optional as per Supreme Court.

I had come here on the new year s eve for dinner. This place has a cozy vibe in the midst of a crowded mall. The food here is great and expensive. They have good deals on alcohol from 5-8pm. You may want to consider having dinner early. The only thing that wasn t good here was the crust of the banoffee pie. It just did not go well with the banana pulp.

Went there for a quick meal. The person who was waiting our table was quite friendly. The ambience of the place was a bit too dim for my liking. It has outdoor seating with pretty decent seating. The service was quick, which meant I got both my meals far earlier than I expected it to. The cold coffee I had was not too spectacular, however, average to say the least. The BBQ chicken wings were delicious. I turned to the recommended lasagna for my main course, and like much of my meal, it was good without being extravagant. In conclusion, I would say that this place is good without being spectacular. Not a place I would remember often, but I wouldn't mind grabbing a quick meal if I'm ever in the area.

A very pleasant joint with great ambience. The staff is friendly and help you with your order. We ordered the chicken wings and the Caesar salad which were especially delicious. Overall a really pleasant experience!

They have the best Ice tea in Pune! Hands down ! Good ravioli and garlic bread. In the day it tends to get hot but they have some nice coolers and they cover it so its quite pleasant!

Decent multicuisine restaurant with a bar. They have ample continental options to choose from. They serve decent sized portions and have offers each Day of the week. I would definitely recommended this for people who are visiting around this area!

The best place to dine in for a variety of continental food as well as indian food. Quality and Quantity is really good compared to the price range. They also serve a good variety of drinks (alcoholic as well as non- alcoholic). Must try the lemon iced tea. Ambience is good. Staff is very friendly. Weekdays are calm but you might want to book a table if you're planning to visit on weekends otherwise you will have to wait for a long time.
