Point University is a private, Christian liberal arts university located in West Point, Georgia. The university was founded in 1937 as Atlanta Christian College and has since grown to become one of the leading institutions for higher education in the Southeastern United States.

Academics

Campus Life

Our campus is located on 57 acres in West Point which provides students with a safe environment where they can learn and grow. We have state-of-the-art facilities including modern classrooms equipped with advanced technology as well as athletic facilities such as basketball courts, soccer fields and fitness centers.

We also have several student organizations that cater to different interests such as music groups like choir or band; sports teams like basketball or soccer; academic clubs like debate team or honor society; service organizations like Habitat for Humanity or Red Cross Club among others.

Spiritual Life

At Point University we believe that spiritual growth is just as important as academic growth. We encourage our students to deepen their relationship with God through regular chapel services held twice weekly on campus during fall & spring semesters. Additionally there are small group Bible studies available throughout each semester led by faculty members or staff volunteers which provide opportunities for fellowship & discipleship outside classroom settings.

Community Outreach

As part of our commitment towards serving others beyond campus boundaries we organize community outreach events throughout each year where students can volunteer at local non-profit organizations such as food banks or homeless shelters among others.
