I am a former employee of Point to Point Security. The pay is not bad in comparison to other security companies. The problem is their account managers who have but one responsibility and that is to do whatever they have to do to keep the account active which often includes putting the officers safety in jeopardy by placing the desires of a client desiring a cheap rate for a post that should be armed but they place an unarmed officer in dangerous post because they can give the client a cheaper rate. They lie and tell you every officer will be called with a wellness check every hour but instead an officer working a dangerous unarmed post overnight rarely gets a wellness check. They do have a sergeant come by once a night to check on you when available. The fact is the so-called operations center is usually not manned at night. Instead the officer is instructed to call the account manager in case of an emergency even before you are allowed to call 911. Don't even think about turning down a shift on your day off or working overtime, even if you were hired to work part-time as I was. If you turn down extra hours, they will find a way to get rid of you. Don't work for this company unless you are stupid. It is a good post if you can't pass a drug test because they don't drug test. They are only interested in warm bodies.

This reply is for Kama, while working at P2P you were threatening to shoot people with your gun, talking about shooting you family. You seem to have a mental problem you need to take care of that before someone get hurt. You were rude to the client s didn t speak and you were always in a bad mood. P2P was very good to you they even transferred you to a different account, but people would call the office in complain about how rude you were to them. Your job was customer service, on one occasion we had a weapon inspection you had only 4 bullets in your magazine and the rest were in your purse, your gun wasn t loaded. you didn t know how to load or unload your gun. They sent you back to remedial class but that didn t help either. Kama you told other officers you only liked Muslims. You should go see a psychiatrist to help you balance out your life because you are believing your own lies. Get help and maybe your perspective on life will be much clearer.

It was a real blessing working for this company. The owner truly cared about every employees. I ve come to know a lot of the higher up executives and even had a few encounters with the owner, Steph. Nearly all of them treated me like I mattered. And that s a good feeling. The company has now been purchased. And I have witnessed the executives fighting for all of the employees. It s a beautiful thing.

Point 2 Point continues to strive to work harmoniously with their clients and their employees. They have introduced two new programs for their employees in the last 90 days, (a tuition reimbursement program and an employee referral program) that far exceed that of any other company I have ever worked for. I'm extremely happy I joined their organization when I did as they continue to grow and allow for their employees to grow as well.

Working in the corporate office, I see dedication the that everyone from the Senior Executive Team to the OPS managers and Security Officers themselves have to push to be the best. We want to be the best at Customer relations both internal and external. Providing a service that exceeds the expectations of our clients while we ensure that the Officers we employ receive a competitive pay rate and great benefits.

Although my time with P2P has been short I am looking forward to growing within this awesome organization. I have never seen a company so dedicated to their employees and who will go out of their way to ensure that their people are taken care of and feel safe. I have seen managers bend over backwards to help employees. The flexibility and ability to make reasonable accommodations for each circumstance is far beyond what most companies will do for their employees.

One of the best security companies I have worked for. The staff treats you like family. My supervisor Anthony Torres is one of the best bosses I've ever had. Hes On top of everything, Very cool and professional in all his dealings. The operations managers are a lot more involved than my previous company. Josh Adams always has your back if youre honest and do the right thing. Definitely recommend working for this company.
