Peter Lorimer Group Estates August 22, 2014 listing of the property 1443 El Paso Dr. 90065 as having, 4 beds, 3 full baths, 2,627 sqft is grossly inaccurate, misleading and an MLS and CalBRE violation. The additional square footage, bedroom and bathroom were illegally constructed without permits and should have been listed legally as a 3 bedroom, 2 baths, 1875 sqft. As a seller s agent of this property and the buyer s agent of the same property in November 2009, he was well aware of this issue and neglected his duty to list 1443 El Paso as accurately as it appears on public records. This breach of duty of disclosure and failure to conceal facts has caused the change of purchase to the listed property and has resulted in unnecessary fees of over 2K not to mention wasted time and stress.

When Peter was asked about the legality of his listing, he could not be bothered giving us any information and said his fiduciary duties are only to his clients. While most realtors are fair and accurately list their properties on MLS, this realtor chose to deceive and will for sure continue to practice such predatory business tactics. This is WRONG and he should not be allowed to do this to unsuspecting first time homebuyers.
