Excellent service from the receptionist all the way to the Nurse practitioner. Very easy visit and very comfortable enviornment. I was in an out in an hour. Thank you so much to planned parenthood & it s employees.

I just moved back to Alabama from Tennessee & I don't have a doctor yet. I can't find anywhere to get my Depo shot (and my last pregnancy almost killed me because I couldn't get the medication I needed here either, which is why I moved). Now I can't even get birthcontrol?!? and Planned parenthood was unhelpful. Do I have to give myself the (muscle) shot now here with no experience? In Tennessee I could just go to CVS. The south, especially Alabama is a shame for women! They told me for half my life I could NOT get pregnant, would've let me die Pregnant & sick, and it's failing me trying to not be again! Even PP is a joke! How can I plan anything if I can't get the help I need!?!?!?!?!?

The people at this clinic are so incredibly sweet and helpful. The last time I came here I needed the plan B pill (which is much more affordable at PP than the pharmacy!) and some lunatic protestor started shouting at me from the street about abortions-- as if it weren't embarrassing enough to have to go buy a plan B pill in the first place. The woman at the counter inside ushered me in and made me feel comfortable despite the situation. These people really do work hard to make patients feel safe and to answer any questions thoroughly.
