Service level at checkouts and online at the worst possible level. Countless unpleasant situations with Intercity. The website and the application get stuck in every possible field, it is very unintuitive. In 2020, WiFi in PKP is still not working. And the quintessence is that the teacher and staff can't even correctly pronounce the word "INTERCITY" XD pathetic. I regret that PKP has a monopoly in Poland. LET IT FINALLY END, PLEASE

You regularly extend the time of "cheap" TLK and IC trains to Pendolino.
And so from 8/06/2019, the IC406 train on the Budapest - Warsaw route will take the Krakow - Warsaw route at 3:16 where it currently defeats at 2:47 and a year ago it defeated at 2:30. Why such an extension?
Same with TLK Branicki. A year ago he traveled around 2:30 on the Krakow - Warsaw route at 3:18. Good progress. Below is a comparison.

After a short episode of arduous growing satisfaction and digging out of the dung, which has always been associated with Polish railways seeing again all the late trains for half a year (in summer, not in winter) I conclude that you are a mess not worth even one star and will apparently remain . I deeply hope that you bla bla car and other alternative means of transport strongly, because you do not deserve any trust.

Very slowly changing towards better but there are still many reasons to be ashamed. Delays, often there are no wagons with numbers as in the ticket, pendolino trains are changed to dirty runaway trains without the possibility of refunding the ticket (although partial). There is no longer even coffee or tea for EIC and EIP passengers in the ticket price. Fortunately, foreign rail lines are entering Polish tracks and they are a chance for comfortable and fast travel.

Yesterday I had the "pleasure" to use the "services" of PKP.
The route Krakow- winouj cie. People crowded like cattle, even paying in
"1st" grade. And it would not be possible to add 2 or 3 carriages during this period
during this period. You don't have to be super intelligent to figure out that this is the day
on this route there will be a lot of passengers going to the sea etc.
I am omitting the point that you have to buy a lot of tickets for different companies.
Unfortunately, you can't buy everything on the Internet and it's risky.
Definitely improvement of organization and thinking in PKP company is recommended.

Probably the worst transport company in Poland. Communist deposition flavored with ever-damaged rolling stock, running along damaged tracks in villages and towns. A few years ago powdered by bankers, now brought once again by politicians to the brink of collapse comparable to the Polish Navy. I would not recommend anyone to ride them on trains and avoid for a car or plane if possible
