Piscines Hippocampe

We have been going to Piscine Hyppocampe for several years. The service is efficient and courteous. They advise well for which chemicals to use. Impeccable service at the parts counter. Also great for spa and patio set buying advice.

I had originally rated a 1 but spoke to the manager who is very professional and seems there was a miscommunication. They were very quick at resolving the issue, glad to see that they do care about their customers. Bought two items from them yesterday and will use them in the future.

After bringing back a sample of water. I had very bad instructions and recommendations to buy $ 50 products. The problem has gotten worse. I am not sure that the person who served me knew what he was talking about.

I have always been well served at Piscine Hippocampe both in the parts department and in the water analysis. I went on the weekend to have my water tested because I was having a party and my water was cloudy. I followed the recommendations that the girl gave me and my water became transparent again. Always had good service for the maintenance of the pool. As for the purchase of furniture, that leaves much to be desired. The seller is not able to give me a price for the purchase of chairs he has on the floor. For a table with 6 chairs, the price is double that of its competitor.

We purchased our inground pool from Piscine Hippocampe 15 years ago, and the advice and quality of service we receive today is just as good as when they first installed our pool. Hippocampe has the best quality products, and service is always fast and well done. They have professional staff both in store and when they come to our house. They installed a new replacement vinyl pool liner this year and we absolutely love it. Made our pool like brand new again. Many thanks to the entire Hippocampe team.
