Unprofessional Ratchet Management with little to no education

I wish I didn t have to leave a star at all to be honest .

Because I live here and everything is confusing at this time. Change of owners. Change of management. Change of maintenance.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! These apartments are full of mold and bugs. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. They're in the middle of "renovations" and are now trying to charge wayyyyyyy more than what these apartments are worth. Newsflash these are income restricted apartments and were considered the easiest ones to get into. That's the only reason they have tenants at this point and now they're posting these same bug infested apartments on here for way more than what they're worth. Every week it's something wrong with these apartments. Nobody will move in for the prices they think they're about to rent these apartments for. The trash is ALWAYS all over the parking lot. I moved in 3 months ago and it has been the worst experience of my life. Save yourself the headache, there are nicer up to date BUG & MOLD free apartments in the area.

Northbrook is by far the best apartments to stay if your looking for something that s nice for you and your family. I just love the up to date apartments everything is very nice I love the corner tops and hardwood floors. I also love the washer and dryers in the units. The 3 young ladies in the office are so professional I just adore all 3 of them. I will give northbrook 5 stars anytime.

A good quiet place to live overall. But somewhat outdated because the complex is very old, however, the staff is very courteous and responsive to the needs of their tenants, making Pinebrook a secure and comfortable place to reside.

I currently live at Northbrook Apartments. I had to relocate because of my job location. If I must say, my stay here has been nothing but GREAT!! The area is very well kept and always quiet. The new appliances are wonderful! Quiet, Comfy and Cozy!! I LOVE IT!! The office staff and maintenance are all helpful, very informative and respectful. The best you could ask for! I would recommend friends and family to this place.

Apartment are outdated, overpriced, they never fix anything. Management has a nasty attitude. I wouldn't recommend these apartments not even to college students. Not to mention bed begs and ticks that caused me to move out my unit within the first 6 months of my lease. Called their home office in Memphis five times left messages never a call back from them. Jackson has better be more up to date apartments and within your price range.

The pool is nice its quiet and its nice but the arpartments need to be roach free

Cheap for the area and maintenance is really helpful when I lived here in 2015-2016

I have been a resident at Pinebrook Apartments since 2015, and am very proud to call this community my home. The staff is very friendly and helpful with assisting with any issues of concern. The maintenance team always fix any issues in a timely manner & i must say they are very professional. And most importantly, I feel extremely safe at all times. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to call home! I Love it here.

One word BUGS! I just moved here & there has been bug after bug after bug! Roaches are a huge problem here, spiders crawling up through the tubs. Also giant cock roaches!!!

The administration is very helpful. Apartments are renovated and are very clean!

Do not rent from these people. The apartments are old and raggedy. And that office staff has the worst attitudes. And is very unprofessional! I wouldn't let a roach move there. God knows they have plenty of them. I wouldn't wish these apartments on my worst enemy. And I don't even have any!!

I stay here and I freaking hate it! I ve had a roof leak for months and a maintenance request for a tub resurfacing since May. I haven t been able to take a sit down bath since. No maintenance and on top of that, they lost my rent money order. Save yourself and don t rent here. It s beyond horrible here forreal. Supposed to be Madison county and it feels like south Jackson. . -Christina

Fantastic place to live, people are friendly the front office ladies are awesome, if you have a problem in the apratment they fix it right away, clean and nicely lit up at night.

I have lived here now for almost 6 months in one of the newest apartments and I love it!!!! Chalon Beard is these best not to leave out the other ladies but she normally helps me. Maintenance grew rock to my unit went out they had me up and running by the time I was off work. I feel they are working towards perfection you guys ROCK!!!!

Management is rude, little rain and you got a little lake in front of 60% of apartments.

Very unprofessional. The office staff never answers the phone! The voice recording replays and no one ever answers. The office staff does not return calls. I have called over 20 times and still have not heard back! I have been given the run around.

I moved out over 8 months ago and still haven't received my deposit as of yet. I've been calling for months not and it's either no one picks up the phone, or they have new staff or management that needs to look into it. It's simple just refund me my money. My apartment was given back the way you gave it to me, because someone moved in 2weeks later.
