The agents were friendly and knowledgeable, but there were some delays in getting back to me with the information I needed. Additionally, I felt that the options presented to me were somewhat limited, and I had to do a lot of research on my own to find the best fit. Overall, it was an average experience. I did find an apartment through them, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and the variety of options offered to customers.
