I do not recommend this company in any way, since the ridiculous amount of time for processing every step and at the end of everything your process is denied for silly reasons. My 2 experiences with them were very frustrating in every way, stay away.

This law firm did much greater job than some other bigger law firms I experienced. Without their diligent and hard work, I wouldn't have got my green card such soon.
Pearly is really really professional and collaborative.
For my case, the attorney, case coordinator and my employer's on-site supporting manager formed a strong synergy to work with me with zero negligence. They nailed down the strategy for my case with me and my employer at the beginning and kicked off the process pretty quick and worked on every single detail step by step towards our goal. They always foresaw the future risks, and were able to let me know the alternative ways if something unexpected would happen.
Everything they did saved a lot of my time and energy on the unnecessary tedious work. They always pointed out which specific page I need to sign, always reminded me what documentations I should submit when a certain milestone was reached and always gave me reasonable estimations about what my case's progress would be.
They always responded my inquiries within just one day and put their answers inline under each single question. very detail oriented. They also would like to seat down with me to have face-to-face talk anytime I request that. Yes, the on-site support manager is very very nice.
Pearl's online management system is a one-stop place where I can see the status of my application, upload all my documentations and view the documentations they prepared. very handy.
One a side note, Pearl also worked on my H1B and L1 visa processes -- I got the same strong support on those.
I am highly recommending Pearl if you have any confusion or difficulties with your current immigration process.

If you re looking for a lawyer that will go above and beyond, working late hours and weekends to ensure you re looked after, then you want to see Yasmine Al-Zaman. With my case I have had such anxiety until I go in and talk with her. She has been so amazing, knowledgeful, beyond helpful, that I recommend her to anyone looking or not looking for a lawyer! She is an enigma, not the usual stigma that you hear of and get scared off when looking for a lawyer. Go See Yasmine or keep her name in the back of your mind because you never know when you will need someone who s truly on your side and works her butt off to help you all the way through your case! Please Please do not use this company for anything as important as immigration. I used them for my initial move from the UK to the US and the experience was awful. They will not speak on the phone, and only respond to 1 in every 5 emails. They told me the problem was 1 person that they fired, so I gave them another chance and used them for my green card application. I thought they will prove to me how good they can be. I was sadly wrong it's even worse this time. I do wonder if they are a scam company as I can't understand how any company with service this bad could still be in business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
