Please Please do not use this company for anything...

Please Please do not use this company for anything as important as immigration. I used them for my initial move from the UK to the US and the experience was awful. They will not speak on the phone, and only respond to 1 in every 5 emails. They told me the problem was 1 person that they fired, so I gave them another chance and used them for my green card application. I thought they will prove to me how good they can be. I was sadly wrong it's even worse this time. I do wonder if they are a scam company as I can't understand how any company with service this bad could still be in business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
