PDX Airport

Horrible service no where to sit. unorganized. no real food service. everything is way over priced.

Some of the friendliest and most pleasant security staff I've ever encountered at any airport anywhere in the world.

Very clean and pleasant. Definitely, need more restroom stalls.

Lol. I am happy they a few good food options when a few airports don't have a lot of options due to the pandemic. We still gotta eat even during a pandemic...

Check in the was fast and simple. Also there is plenty of food places and even small theater, that shows documentaries, short films, music videos & animation.

Excellent airport, modern facilities and TSA staff who treat passengers like customers.

This is a terrible vineyard. Would think, with the name Portland, the place would have a proper port wine, however, it is nothing more than false advertising. They even go on to to suggest that they supply rare international air ports, but I failed to find even one domestic.

Additionally, they have the gall to be located right next to the Columbia River, encouraging the planes to consistently taunt the boats for their confinement to two dimensions.

I was not overwhelmed, but I was not underwhelmed. Three stars for leaving me whelmed.

One of the best airports in the country. Clean, nice, with good places to eat. People are polite and it almost a stress free experience to arrive and depart from PDX

My favorite Airport. At times I felt like I'd stumbled into a museum.

Thanks to covid-19 the place was almost a ghost town at 630 am! Delta planes are still flying at reduced capacity.

It was a little more busy than a month ago. Only took about 30 minutes to check in and get through security.

This is a great Airport, many good features. I like that the rental car facility is so easily accessible from the baggage claim area. The terminals are all interconnected and make it easy to get around.The layout just works really well. There are many good restaurants here as well.

PDX is always clean, friendly, and enjoyable. From the musicians to the food selections, you'll comfortabe during travel.

Repeatedly-voted the best airport in the US, and for good reason. PDX is well-designed inside and out with a plethora of local options to pass the time while you wait for your flight.

I love flying in and out of here. Such an awesome airport and city.

Easily the best airport I fly out of regularly. Great food options from junk food to high-end dining.

The poor rating is to lack of wifi, mobile data and cell phone coverage. it cost me $120 to rent another car since I couldn't pull up my reservation. then, anothet half day to trade it in. It wasn't Verizon fault, but something at the airport blocking it.

My mom and me were late one time 1 min late my mom fight with them it was so funny I was crying it was like wwe All over again

Very convenient and easy to use.
There are many souvenir shops, restaurants and bars.
I want to arrive early and drink a craft beer slowly.
I thought it was the most comfortable airport in my life.

In order not to confiscate the creams, the container should not exceed 100 mm

Very clean and easy to navigate airport. The TSA check was super quick compared to a lot of other airports.

There aren't food options in the evening so make sure you eat before you head to the airport. Thanks to COVID pretty much everything was closed. But they have stepped up their cleaning efforts and have done well to promote social distancing.

There's a variety of places to get food and it's affordable. I don't remember it ever taking me more than 20 minutes to get through security and it's often more like 5 to 10 minutes. The airport also has FREE wifi.

This is a really nice airport. I hope to come back again.

Quiet Quiet...not many food places open, planes nobody sits in groups of 3...most have masks but not enforced, Thrifty Parking has 1 driver but quick to respond

Resent remodel and changes to the C concourse have left the Airport looking like a County fair with overpriced and poor vendors!

Good prices. Good service at places I have been to.

Needed to fly out of Portland and was told the Airport was the best way to go. So I found myself at PDX. After an awkward conversation with a VERY talkative gentleman on the shuttle there, check in was smooth. Security was thorough, yet uninvasive. Losing one star because I found the toilet seat in the men s room uncomfortable and at an awkward angle. Hence, I was unable to complete my bowel movement. Oh well, can t win em all!

This is probably my favorite airport to fly into/out of. The TSA people are always friendly and helpful. There is a nice food court in the Southwest terminal. It's easy to navigate through the airport. Max is convenient to take.

Nifty little airport. Feel hip right when you get in.

Horrible service, I asked 3 different security guards simply where mods pizza was and i was yelled at, ignored and given a snotty answer.

You can also buy Portland gift even after baggage inspection. Salt of Jacobsen salt, chocolate of Moons track is famous. I want to come again.

Can't enter the Airport even to pick up people. Have to pick up at curb.

some travelers are not wearing a mask. Social distance is not strongly enforced.

Not too many people, baggage service was fast!!! Good job to the baggage handlers.

Nice airport! Extremely nice staff in all areas of the airport. Found a couple of neat pottery pieces in terminal D at one of the shops. Nice array of restaurants. Until next time Portland...

American Airlines has canceled tons of flights. June 2019 don't fly American airlines they have plane and mechanic issues that are canceling flights everyday.

Cathaline at PDX airport was amazing and very helpful. Airport is clean and very friendly.

Little out of the way but having public transport take you to and from the doorstep is great

Gateway to tax free shopping, what could you not love? Also the airport has some famous carpet (google it). Easy to get to using the Tri-max and rental cars are on site. all things I love in an airport.

Convenient to get through, friendly Airline and TSA, easy to find locations.

One of the most beautiful airports I have visited !!

Expect to wait for bags...20+ min always. I fly here weekly.

Parking sucks. Plan a ride or stay at a local hotel and park there. Friendly staff and clean airport. Can't say enough about how great Beaches restaurant is!

I enjoyed trying MO'S local sea food.The shrimp salad and sour dough clam chowder bowl was delicious. The ship decor was impressive & fun for this weary traveler! I also shopped at the Made in Oregon store!

It can get busy, but with COVID it was bare. Get food options and clean airport.

I travel a lot, with that you see well designed airports and not so well designed airports. You all so see airports that are managed well or not so well. - PDX is simply outstanding by design and management.

It's a good airport. A little difficult to find the rental car location. It good be marked better with signs that are me clear in their description and more frequent. The gated waiting area for Southwest is a bit dated and old, not impressed with this area.

However, dropping the car off was a breeze and it was super easy to follow the sell marked traffic signs to drop the car off. Definitely loved that post of it.

Free WiFi. Quick through security. Great food options.

Small and Convenient airports. MAX railway to downtown Portland.

The Portland Airport is small and quiet. But Oregon's famous brands include Pawel Books and Blue Star Donuts, and Oregon-based brands like Nike Columbia are all in the airport, so it's not a bad choice to check in after a while.

Really nice experience. No wonder it's got it's been Travel+Leisure's best airport 4 years in a row.

I was stranded and a very nice cab driver gave me 20 bucks to help me out.

Short security lines. Enough with the carpet, people.
