the staff of this shop, PC4Me, are so friendly. They will treat you as a friend right away. They will make you feel welcome. And the most important thing is that they will going to ask you first what item/s are you looking for, then will give what kind of laptops you need base on the specifications you said to them. One more thing, as per the staff, they are authorized Service Partners of Epson, Acer, Lenovo and Brother, so as a consumer, if I encounter some problems with those products, they can diagnose and repair it right away, I don't need to go to their Service Centers in Manila or what just to have my item be repaired. So I recommend this shop. Great job PC4Me Staff. :)

I went to this store last Saturday. I was well-intentioned. I was told they have an update on my inquiry about my laptop by monday. They will ask their supplier to know if there are any parts I will buy.

Now it's Tuesday. I'll even send an email yesterday if I have an update for the whole day. And today, I even went to their store in person to check my concern.

So far they haven't done anything about my concern. Neither email, nor call could they do.

This is plain incompetence. They can only serve you when it is convenient for them, if you just buy them and they are only at the shop you need them, if not, they will ask you to wait for an update and then you will. Beware!

Respectfully communicate with their customers and the staff are very friendly..Keep up the good work.

Personnel are courteous and always smiling. They have good technicians and proper recording of computer peripheral devices problems encountered are all summarized with their resolutions and the reports are given to you through printed copy. Good service!
