Very nice staff. They explained the process clearly and made sure whether I needed the data 100% or not on my computer. I'll update when I get my laptop back.

I actually had a great experience with this shop,Thaywere kind and worked with me on all my problems I had with my laptop and even though it was slightly out of my pocket range I'm very satisfied with the outcome of my laptop.

Had a laptop fan problem. They had a quick look (for free) and figured out that it just needed to be cleaned out, which they dis for free. Nice fellow.

They were so nice and very fast with my repair. Not to mention my computer, a very old model (2012 Sony ) has not been faster or preformed better. Also their rates were very reasonable. I could not be more pleased.

So they didn't actually fix my computer HOWEVER...it's because they informed me my device was still under warranty and said they didn't want to risk voiding it. I appreciate their open, upfront honesty and wouldn't hesitate to reach out to the again for another issue.

I took my laptop in on Saturday to have the hard drive replaced. The man behind the counter gave me information on each hard drive to better help me pick which one is best for me. I got a phone call today (Monday) afternoon from pc doc letting me know my computer is ready. I came in to pick my laptop up and pay for the services later that day. The man at the counter was so nice and helpful. He complimented my computer telling me that it s really nice. He gave me trips on how to extend the life of my hard drive. It is an under statement to say I am so happy with the customer service and my laptop is running so well and fast now! He even installed virus protection free for 1 year! He said if I have any questions or issues to call or come back in and he ll take care of it! I would 10/10 recommend this place.
