If you want defective no-label Chinese equipment sold at a massive markup, go straight to Cricklewood Electronics. Once you ve got their junk home and realise it doesn t work, you can call Cricklewood Electronics director, Chris Grocott, who will refuse any kind of refund. And we re not talking about small faults here: we re talking about things like IP camera systems which actually IP camera systems and are made by unmarked Chinese manufacturers with no support, and come with cameras where the base is seized solid and won t unscrew. Now requesting a chargeback from Visa because these charlatans won t issue a refund for their junk.

And I ve read similar reviews here and elsewhere, so don t believe whatever nonsense they reply with underneath. I ve been had. Don t make the same mistake.

Wow! This place does have the right stuff, but the customer services are poor.
I m not saying don t use them, but go with this in mind, I don t think they care if you do or you don t.
This is a shame as Iv been a customer for many years.

Visited the shop after speaking with a member of staff over the phone regarding a problem we were having with our system. The member of staff we saw (Teo) could not have been more helpful. Went out of his way to resolve the issue we were having. This is what I call customer service!! Thank you so much for your assistance was worth the 2 hours 40 minutes round trip.

I purchased a 12V Sunon fan from Cricklewood and it didn't work at all. When I contacted them to tell them they very kindly sent me another one free of charge. I was a little suspicious of this as there was no hesitation whatsoever but it was still a nice gesture. I received the second fan and it ran for seconds and then nothing. I contacted them once again and they requested that I return the fan for inspection so I paid the postage and returned it 1st class. They were meant to call me as soon as they received it but even though it only took a day to get there, Cricklewood had still not called after 2 weeks later. I rang them and all they could say is that they tested the second fan prior to it leaving and it was fine so I must be doing something wrong at my end. By the way, I am an Electrical Engineer with 40+ years experience so I don't think a poxy 12V fan is going to a problem. Cricklewood refuse to believe it could've been damaged in transit and will not even refund for the fan alone. I believe the zero hesitation was called for as they know these fans can be faulty. I never received goods that worked so I will be contacting trading standards.

I purchased the same size and power fan from CPC online and guess what? worked first time and continued to work. And you thought I was doing something wrong at my end Cricklewood?

Can get cheaper online. Regret using Cricklewood Electronics for so many years. As an old man I didn't know any better, over the years they have taken thousands of pounds from me for what I now understand are cheap Chinese parts. Please avoid at all costs

Liars, before the order promised original details from old inventories, and sent the modern Chinese fakes for money, improbable for them..... be attentive!!!
