Very Bad Service. Payment deducted twice from my account and booking not confirmed. in the meantime the price of the booking doubled. they dont respond at all about my refund. dont even pick up the phone.

ATTENTION EVERYONE they are fraud.One person called me and said you have received the cashback and you should click on the link.I have checked they are requested for money from my account I instantly block that Payu.You should do the same. Immediately block these types of requests. I didn't loose any money but I feel that I should post this so that noone loose their hardly earn money.

Very bad experience, when you don't want to settle the payment in the bank, then why you accept money. And we have already done all the kyc work, and after the payment is received asking for invoice and shipping details and customer email id and wasting our time doesn't make sense.

The customer care of this company is pathetic. They provide their merchants with a landline number as a contact point which is hardly answered. Also the team is very slow in processing email requests as well.

My money was deducted through pay u for online purchase on 17 the August. But till now did not get the product neither the money back. Nor do they have their email shared. I am filling a Cyber crime fraud case on the payu as well as on the seller.
This is not the way to deal with your customer.If you were genuine people you would have shared your email I'd or a contact number.

I made a payment of Rs 3286 on 11/9/2020 for Tanishq. The transaction could not be completed. Money was deducted from my HDFC bank but transaction ID from payu not sent. Without transaction ID i cannot contact customer care. What do i do. No customer care contact number available.

The are the scammers the hold money ad do not release money even when we mail them they do not replay do not ans the call so ... if you want to loose your hard earned money and get scammed ... best option is payu services

That's the only way i can describe them.
Whether you are a customer or a merchant i would suggest you not to trust these cheaters. We were using their payment gateway but they have been holding our payments for more than a year, and now they have even stopped replying to mails. They are just scammers nothing more than that.

In June 2019 they hold my settlement due to 1 client complaint. then my client send satisfaction mail to payu my issue is resolve now. after i have done lots of followup till july then his 1 executive was told me due to some risk problem your settlement will done automatically after 6 month so please contact after 6 month then in dec i have contacted him regarding my settlement then there no one reply also they not provide anywhere regarding his grievance officer mail ID phone no. this company have no address all given addresses are fake please beware.

Hi, I have a made a transaction of Rs.7580 to pay my electricity bill on hdfc bank on chst and the money got deducted from payzapp virtual debit card and my bill is not paid.
I called Payzapp customer care they told me the money is deducted via payu payments pvt ltd, and told me to call them but PayU guys are not recieving my call and my money got deducted i want my money back

I had made a payment of INR 8975 on 21st oct. for booking flight tickets at easemy trip. But payment is not reached at merchant but deducted from credit card. Pay u payment is the wrost gateway and doing fraud and said that that not receive any payment . But my bank said payment was settled with pay u pyment.
