Its been 12 days they are not releasing my Rs 920...

Its been 12 days they are not releasing my Rs 92000 payments inspite of submitting all invoices , receipts , customer mail confirmation , they are not even reverting , no customer care no .. Really bad experience , never do transactions with with , we are surely going for legal after this pademic is over and will not leave them for the harassment we are facing during these difficult times .
