Great Prices! Quality Materials but most of all Awesome Customer Service!!!

Says they close at 4:30 won t sell to me and it s 3:11 very unprofessional

excellent service, I don't know much about construction but they took the time to help me with the necessary material that I needed

They have good prices if you can get over their horrible customer service. It took over two weeks to put a order of material for a fence. We went back and forth for serval weeks (texting because they can never answer their phone and when they do they cannot hold a conversation longer than 2 minutes) when finally we got all of our answers just for the guy to tell us he did not have the material he was giving us prices for. However we went with a second option, and got our stuff delivered. They sent a very young man with no help and he basically flipped the flat bed and literally dumped the material all over our backyard. Ripping four bags of cement giving my husband and two boys a whole lot of extra work organizing and cleaning up. I told the young man if that would be replaced his response was you have to ask them but you would have to pick that up yourself. I sent our point of contact pictures of the torn cement bags immediately and he never responded. So material and prices are exceptional but customer service is HORRIBLE. With the overwhelming amount of home projects right now they have very little regard to delivering good customer service.

They use to be the awesome after Covid turned to trash

Quick service and felt safe because they require customers to wear there face masks. Another thing that I noticed is that the employees at the cashier were very knowledgeable of stocked items. Nice work Patron Construction Materials. Only down side is the size of loading area is small for the amount of customers that come in and out.

I recommend it from my personal experience, let's remember that nobody is perfect
