Make sure your balloons are tied tight!! We lost a balloon to a gust of wind it blew right off the weight we bought but when I went back to get more balloons I mentioned it flying away and they replaced it for free but you may not have the time to go back to replace it so just double check!!

Almost all their cards are half price! Great place to shop! Can mail things also...

A real fun place to go to. They have a zillion different items. Walked out w some myself as well as my daughter.

Make sure if you bring a package to return you don't give it to the employees they will steal it

I love party for less! They always have what I need and like 10 other things I don't. In these trying times it is one store that always puts a smile on my face.

Just had to do some business here- with the store clerk AND the mail clerk. both transactions were SO pleasant! Appreciate that & made me glad Post Office is right there.

This store has always been a huge help to me when planning parties. The staff is helpful, and the selection is wonderful. I've even taken a "party in a suitcase" to a baby shower I was hosting in Boston. I'm grateful they're part of our local shopping scene, and that I can support a local business.

A great store for party supplies and more! I actually visit here primarily for the USPS inside. The store is always clean, organized and well-maintained and the staff are super friendly.

The folks at the USPS counter are equally freindly and helpful. I'm always greeted with a smile.

Overpriced but convenient year round party supplies

Ordered balloons online and had to get them filled for my nieces birthday. Trying to schedule time with other stores was difficult, but this place made it very easy, both when I called for details and when I went in person. Easy to work with and all expectations set over the phone were accurate.

the store isn't that bad. The costumes are pretty good, and it's a great place to pick up fangs or fake blood, but for unique make up like scar liquid and such, they don't have for a long time, which is a disappointment. Some staff is very kind, but I have had a few encounters with some rude staff members. I would only recommend it, as a place to get some pretty good makeup, though it isn't the best..

The store was clean and everything was organized.
I was there for about 15 minutes. Nobody asked me if I needed help. There were a few other shoppers but the store was not busy.
Had a US post office in the back of the store.

I used to work here briefly years ago, good experience overall, nice staff. Except there were rumors of the place being haunted. Supposedly this part of town in general has weird stuff happen. The story I heard was that years (decades) ago there was some kind of murder in the nearby forest area. I did have a weird experience once, but it might have just been a coincidence.

Absolutely the best balloon service!! Very knowledgeable staff with balloons and party goods. Highly recommend!

One of the only places you can get bulk candy items these days or at least a wide selection. One stop shopping for putting on a party or getting a holiday card.

Was the ONLY halloween store left with a paper eye mask! Just what I needed right before halloween.

I always sent my packages from the The CPU located at the corner of the Party store. This message is for the owner. I was there on 2/20 at 16:05pm to drop off 3 packages and a mail,. The woman working was ignoring me because she had to deal with tons of packages. When I asked for her help, she made it clear that she was unhappy and she expects me to hear her complain about having to deal with those packages. That is rude and not a very good customer service. Her job is to greet customers, and helped them then deal with the packages. No one should work alone in handling that much packages, lots of them coming from the party for less itself, maybe about 100 or more of them. Drop them off at the post office and allow your employee to deal with customers better.

Super friendly staff and the store is very well stocked! On the day of my daughter s friends party, we needed Star Wars costumes for kids. I called in the morning and they went through their stock right away for me on the phone, and got what I needed in no time!

Nice having this store in the neighborhood... Discounted party supplies and greeting cards! But it's the new satellite USPS that's making me visit their store weekly instead of seasonally... smart move, Party For Less! Smart move!

Horrid Customer Experience at this place. I bought a few items for a kids party and was told that I can return anything unopened, although I didn't ask. The next day I showed up to buy some more, of the same theme and wanted to return one extra item, that was unopened as they stated. No go - they said their policy is to process returns only if receipt is shown (I didn't have it, hate paper).

So, I tried some logic, told them that do they really think I went to another store, bought that one $3.29 item, then came back to this store to buy a bunch of other items, of related theme, but am returning this one item here? I guess logic doesn't apply to brainless policy minions, so no refund for me.

i left in disgust and will never come to this place again. Losing a customer for a lousy $3.29... when business is this dumb in terms of its policies - they don't deserve to get business or be in business.

Just one quick stop, now I have the birthday balloons and card in hand, and I'm on my way again.
Plenty of parking and an incredibly helpful staff.

This place had better prices than party city. Fortunately for us we ended up finding pretty much the same stuff at the dollar store so we saved even more elsewhere.

Great customer service. Would highly recommend. Also I read that issue with the receipt. I had retured something very easily there but I had the time the transaction was completed. I actually think it is a tad unfair that if you don't like "paper" you find an issue with the company. It is a smaller business so it would make sense that their database isn't so advanced. If you want to return something, you can't just show up and expect some sort of magic to occur. Also $3 doesn't sound like a big enough deal to post so harshly about.

Its a discount party store. Plenty of goods throughout the year. Seasonal changes. Minus one star for the Halloween costumes. They were all out of their packaging and some were heavily damaged. Bonus is that there is a post office inside.

Incredibly rude staff member provided zero help, and answered sarcastically to all my requests for help. Short brown haired woman with glasses. An awful employee that doesn't belong in any sort of customer service industry.

Good place. Big selection of stuff you will use once and throw away.

Cool store, usually go there for quick costume stuff. No returns on costumes which is a bummer, if it wasn't for that probably would be 4 stars.
