Horrid Customer Experience at this place. I bought a few items for a kids party and was told that I can return anything unopened, although I didn't ask. The next day I showed up to buy some more, of the same theme and wanted to return one extra item, that was unopened as they stated. No go - they said their policy is to process returns only if receipt is shown (I didn't have it, hate paper).

So, I tried some logic, told them that do they really think I went to another store, bought that one $3.29 item, then came back to this store to buy a bunch of other items, of related theme, but am returning this one item here? I guess logic doesn't apply to brainless policy minions, so no refund for me.

i left in disgust and will never come to this place again. Losing a customer for a lousy $3.29... when business is this dumb in terms of its policies - they don't deserve to get business or be in business.
