ParqEx: The Smart Parking Platform Revolutionizing the Way We Park
ParqEx is a smart parking platform that is changing the way we park. It empowers owners, renters, managers, and communities to increase the value of underused or hard-to-manage parking spots. With ParqEx, you can easily find and reserve a parking spot in advance or rent out your own unused spot to earn extra income.
The company was founded in 2014 by Vivek Mehra with a mission to solve the problem of urban parking. The idea behind ParqEx was simple: create an online marketplace where people could rent out their unused parking spaces to those who need them. Since then, ParqEx has grown into a full-fledged smart parking platform that offers a range of services for both individuals and businesses.
One of the key features of ParqEx is its mobile app, which allows users to search for available parking spots nearby and reserve them in advance. This feature is particularly useful for people who are visiting unfamiliar areas or attending events where finding a spot can be challenging.
Another feature that sets ParqEx apart from other smart parking platforms is its ability to help property owners monetize their underutilized spaces. By listing their unused spots on ParqEx's marketplace, property owners can earn extra income while also helping alleviate the city's chronic shortage of available parking.
ParqEx also offers solutions for businesses looking to manage their own private lots more efficiently. Its cloud-based management system allows businesses to monitor occupancy levels in real-time and adjust pricing accordingly based on demand.
In addition to its core services, ParqEx has also partnered with several leading technology companies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and IBM Watson IoT (Internet of Things) platform. These partnerships have enabled it to leverage cutting-edge technologies like machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms that help optimize pricing strategies based on real-time data.
Overall, ParqEx is a smart parking platform that is revolutionizing the way we park. Its innovative solutions are helping to alleviate the chronic shortage of available parking in urban areas while also empowering individuals and businesses to monetize their unused spaces. With its mobile app, cloud-based management system, and partnerships with leading technology companies, ParqEx is poised to continue leading the way in smart parking for years to come.
