Horrible company. My landlord stopped responding to me almost the immediately when I signed the leased for their apartment. I called Pacifica then followed up with an email to complain, and never got a response. Finishes in the apartment look good in pictures, but are poor. The blinds are falling off, cabinets don't close or stick closed, and the company simply does not care. Save yourself your time and money and find a different company to rent with.
Honestly this is the worst real estate company! Full of liars and don t follow through on getting things fixed. High turnover and lack of communication doesn t help either. Stay away from these people!

Horrible company. They violate the tenant laws, ignore the tenants and have poor communication skills. I went without running water for 4 days because they didn't want to have to pay a company over time to fix the water heater. They are cheap and try to scam you out of every penny. They need to be shut down or fined if they cannot abide by the law. I DO NOT recoccomend using this company for any renting or buying. Awful people.
They are a scam. They charged me $10,000 after moving out for un needed repairs, supplies, and trash removal when there was nothing left behind. They never contacted me knowing I could dispute every single cent, and instead sold off the debt to collections. Very intellectual scammers, but very slime ball business practice. Go back to carson city
I don t know why this company gets bad reviews, I see some of this reviews are old, I been living in an apartment community owned by Pacifica for 6 Months now and I couldn t have a better experience with landlord services, for the price.
