Generated with AI from 14 reviews on Trustburn · updated 33 days ago

Customers generally describe Outspark positively in the cross-section of reviews, frequently praising the user-friendly website and responsive, helpful customer support team, though a few reviewers felt the services were only average or subpar due to a poorly designed website and less helpful support.
What does Outspark do?

Outspark is described on file as the Western leader in publishing premium micro-transaction MMOs, based in San Francisco, with its CEO and founder Susan Choe highlighting an open Platform API for developers and publishers to self-publish online games using Outspark's infrastructure and community features.

What are the most common complaints about Outspark?

Based on the critical reviewers, the most common complaints focus on unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism, including unanswered follow-ups and claims of misleading or attempted contact, along with criticisms that Outspark markets itself as an AI-driven platform but actually only places content into predesigned templates at unreasonably high prices with an untrustworthy sales team.

’m extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism from OutSpark.

Despite paying ₹17,000 for services, I have faced continuous non-responsiveness from the team. I have sent multiple follow-up emails and received no replies. I was informed that a representative (Trinayan) tried to contact me, but I want to state this clearly and factually: I have received no calls, messages, missed calls, or emails whatsoever.

Claiming attempted contact without evidence is misleading. At this point, the issue is no longer about coordination—it’s about accountability and basic professional responsibility.

I expect immediate contact and clear documentation of any alleged communication attempts. Continued silence or misrepresentation leaves me with no choice but to formally escalate this matter.

This feedback is shared to highlight a genuine customer experience and to seek resolution.

Outspark is highly disappointing. They market themselves as an AI-driven platform, but in reality, there’s no actual AI involved — they simply take provided content and place it into predesigned templates. Essentially, they are just template sellers charging unreasonably high prices.

Their sales team is untrustworthy and makes misleading promises to close deals. The product quality does not justify the cost, and the overall experience feels deceptive and overpriced. I would not recommend Outspark to anyone expecting genuine AI capabilities or honest business practices.

As a customer of Outspark, I have to say that their services are average at best. The website is poorly designed and difficult to navigate. However, their customer support is responsive and helpful, which is a plus. Overall, I have had a decent experience with Outspark.
