This is an amazing company to work for! The best I have ever worked for. You're acknowledged and recognized for your work and have an overwhelming amount of support when needed. The company culture is extremely positive and fun with an amazing mix of people! There's always amazing incentives and contests running that make work fun!

Don't work for OSL, they will overwork you and not even pay you your well earned commission. You are also treated very poorly by OSL management, the company who's services I sold had excellent management and they were very empowering and positive during my entire tenure. Unfortunately that company did not control payroll and other vital aspects of my job. Commission structure provided by OSL is also not great at all. I personally dealed with Oswaldo Castillo.

If you look at indeed.ca, this company is always hiring staffs meaning the turn over rate of employment is very high. Employees come and go or the company let them go and hire new staffs etc.
So i wouldn't recommend working for this company if you are looking for a long term job.
It's hillarious to read the comments by employees. As a former employee all I can say is that the unfair treatment from upper management is unfortunate. Especially when DM and Managers are sleeping together and it's affecting promotions for everyone else.

WOW, JUST WOW. Purchased 2 phones from these folks at our local Sam's Club here in Iowa. Received top-notch, grade A, unprofessional service from a untrained associate of theirs. This sorry sap complained the entire time about how he didn't know if he was processing the order correctly, because it was his first time activating a phone and had no one to assist him. He attempted to port over our phone numbers and needless to say, 4 hours later, I kid you not, he turns to us and says to visit our carrier store instead. That they are the most knowledgeable and reliable place to purchase phones from. Not warehouse clubs. As though it was our faults for even trying to buy it at Sam's. He justified everything by saying he just couldn't get figure it out and that his co-workers too were busy getting stoned and that his boss said they were watching Joe Exotic on Netflix and to tell us to come back the following day or go to the ATT store for help. So yeah, huge waste of time. We ended up returning both phones (which took an additional 2hrs) because we couldn't port over our numbers. We decided to keep our current service provider with US Cellular and just upgrade our phones at the carrier store instead!
Don't ever work for OSL. They are cheap and they don't care about their employees. Its ok to work them 17 hours straight. Have them travel away from their family's for 4 days at a time. However when you have a major health problem they want to take your position away along with 3 dollars on the hour. They also want to hire people at minimum wage. When I got hired they were paying decent but now they want to be cheap. Also district manager only take care of the people they are buddy buddy with.
They have little training, especially on Walmart policies and procedures. They rattle off numbers of sales that they expect you to make monthly in cell phone contracts that are highly unreaso able in small stores. I've asked multiple times where they were getting their numbers because they just started at our towns Walmart. They said it's a general number accross the board, not taking into consideration that my towns Walmart isn't a super center and the general population is on some sort of assistance. They gave coachings in the Walmart break room, while Walmart staff was present, also yelling during these meetings which resulted in Walmart management going to osl higher up. It's a job to have a paycheck coming in momentarily, but definitely not worth committing to, especially when they start hounding insane expectation numbers off.
