Needed my transmission looked at after being attacked by a deer and losing the fluid. It was determined I needed a new transmission, which arrived on the following Monday. I called on Wednesday to get an update on the Jeep and was told that they hadn't had time to take a look at it yet because they had people ahead of me. That Friday they called the bodyshop handling my claim to let them know that the transmission they had ordered the previous week, that had arrived Monday and had been sitting at their shop with my Jeep all week, was the wrong transmission and they would need to order the correct one.

Once the rental vehicle costs started getting passed on to them, they were able to get the transmission replaced within a day or so, though... so there's that.

I felt pressured and stressed from the moment a sales person approached me. They tried to push me into a vehicle that I hated and it was overpriced. I purchased at Paris Ford and had a wonderful experience and was able to get into a car I love without the stress and hefty price tag.

Fernando is the G.O.A.T. , I recommend anyone ask for him if you plan to deal at Orr Nissan of Russellville. Two thumbs up.
