Be careful when you order a plasmid from Origene; they sent me a product with a mutation. They advertise a product and give you NCBI reference number for it but they don't guarantee that it will be the same product that will be sent to you. I ended up having a completely different plasmid and their reply to that was something like "oh yeah, this gene has polymorphisms". If you have other sources to get the plasmid you should avoid Origene.
