Sanam Vivansia conducted my closing and was very professional and flexible with the closing. We scheduled the closing after work hours and conducted the closing at my home which was very convenient. I didn't have to call the title company at all during the entire process as everything was taken careof between the lender and title company. They called me when everything was ready to schedule a time and place to close. I highly recommend this company and will use them again when I refinance or buy a home in the future.

Absolutely horrible experience. The lady sanam is very unprofessional and became aggressive and aggravated during the closing process when we were asking simple questions. She is rude and needs to learn manners absolutely disgusting attitude. Your business won t survive with these team members
