Wouldn t refill my medication because she doesn t agree with the medication I have been taking since childhood. Your biases should not interfere with your profession. Go back to med school or educate yourself on the serious issue the United States has on mental health going untreated. Making generalizations based on experience is unprofessional and enabling you from educating yourself further as a medical professional.

When I call the clinic at my place of work and it goes unanswered it goes to the OnSite Care answering service. It's hardly a service. The people are cold over the phone and all they do is transfer me back to the clinic I originally called. Then, when the call goes unanswered again, they just tell me to wait a few minutes and try again. I usually have to ask them to check the clinic hours to verify it is indeed open. Not helpful at all and bad "bedside manner".
