As someone who is terrified of dentists and tooth pain, Dr. Rubin is amazing! I'm so grateful to not have my wisdom teeth anymore! Highly recommend going here for extractions!

My first appointment with them went fine, place was clean and seemed legit. Recommended expensive surgery and said my insurance would cover it 100%. Okay great. This place in extremely unprofessional however and it was unbeknownst to me until my second appointment. I was supposed to go to an appointment and be transported by Medicaid. Medicaid was running super behind and could not make it in time to get me to my appointment so I called the office to let them know I would have to reschedule. They placed me on hold and said that they can pick me up at a later time that day for a later appointment. The person who arrived to my house identified herself as an employees Mother and had no identification to prove she was a medical transport or taxi. She literally said all she had was a drivers license. And also that she would have to stop and get gas on the way. No one professionally employed by an office or taxi company would show up to get a patient on an empty gas tank. Therefore, they violated hipaa by giving my personal information to an employees Mother. When I contacted them to make a complaint and cancel all further appointments they were rude and said I just make excuses to cancel appointments. Watch out with this office because they are so desperate to get money from insurance that they will allow family members of employees to pick you up to make sure they make a buck and in turn that leaves non medical professionals with you personal information. Unbelievable

There should be a 0 star for this miserable awful experience ! Wife / front desk no personality, doesn't speak or understand English. Didn't acknowledge your arrival, hung up phone 3 times on someone asking for directions.
Dental assistant is student in college scrubs.
Dentist is awful, misleading information. Advised me he didn't have time to complete my report for ins co to refer me elsewhere.
How can a business/ so called dentist operate this way, shameful !!!!

Listen, if you need a tooth pulled this place is clean and staff is very friendly.
