Worst software of all time!!!
You are with patient and type their history or treatment plan. Guess what? You get connection error.
Sometimes logs you out and you loose your note as well as unable to log in to the system.
Imagine you are with patient and you do not any history about the patient.

Quinten was a complete jerk for the training. Hopefully I can speak to someone who understands all of this is already frustrating for most and isn't trying to throw attitude to NEW USERS.
Horrible EHR, it never fails that office ally stops working when we are the busiest. and when you call for help they are on the phone trying to figure it out instead of knowing the answer and wasting more of my time.
We have been using Office Ally since 2008 and they are WONDERFUL!
Not sure about all these complaints...we have had no issues. The training has been spot on and for the cost we love it!
Never prints our void receipts! Every time we call to put in a work order they always lose the order they say we never called them! All together customer service sucks! When the program stops working or isn't responding, it takes hours for it to be fixed. It is never fixed in a timely manner.
Great service. Has made my life so much easier. Also feel really good about electronic billing and having reasonably priced electronic medical records.
