i never ever write reviews but I have to say Hayden is the only reason I bought my brand new Evo from here. Great customer service and we actually became friends after the sale. highly recommend this place to all friends and family and the next time I am in the market for a vehicle I will definitely come back here. Ask for Hayden he will for sure take care of you a-z.

After speaking with Leo in sales we knew we were going to be treated well. He answered our questions patiently and called back when he said he would. I know that many people want to just look and can be annoying as I sold cars for four years. But as they say you only get one chance to make a good impression and Leo deserves major kudos for that; making us feel wanted with the very first sentence. Make no mistake this matters big time. We were treated with respect and they got a no hassle deal because of it. Heidi in finance was as helpful and happy to get the job done. These two did a great job representing Lamborghini, O'Gara Coach and all the dreamers out there wishing they could have one of these fantastic cars. Thank you for not making the mistake of judging the situation in advance and we look forward to more car purchases down the road.

Worst dealership.Bought a Rolls Royce Ghost 3 months ago delivered in with broken windshield and still waiting for plates.Viana wont answer calls or give us a update who to call for update on plates.Stay away from these guy.Once they get money its almost impossible to get hold of anyone.You shouldnt have to file a lawsuit to get licence plate and fix windshield ..STAY AWAY from Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Beverly Hills

Great experience, excellent price and fantastic service. I spoke to Robert Khachatoorians, about a specific car I was interested in. A few weeks later he calls me back because he remembered the specific color combination I wanted when he learned the exact car was coming into the dealership. The rest is history. The car was just unloaded here in Florida Thanks Robert.

Customer service at this place was beyond trashy later a person representing himself as a manager of the dealership Feng Lee After I called on a different phone through service to get to someone because the dealership would not get me to a manager question me what I wanted to complain or buy a car when you ve worked hard enough to earn buying a car at a caliber of this manner stay away from places like this read the reviews on the Better Business Bureau as well

O'Gara Coach Co. sent me a gift card to get the vehicle serviced and reimbursed me when I had to buy a new car battery after it died three days after owning the car. To be expected a few hiccups when you buy used but appreciate they they compensated me without hesitation. Would absolutely purchase from shift again.

Giving this review late, but awesome dealership! Went a few months ago and loved the overall place as a whole. There are plenty of cars to see, and it s photographer friendly! Lady at the desk was great too. If you re in BH and want to visit a dealer this is your place!
