Fort King Inn

If I could give 0 stars I would. When I arrived everything seemed fine, but when I went down stairs to retrieve my children and I things. I received a call that they would be calling the police because of a noise complaint, and stated I could not leave my 13 year old, 12 year old, and 8year in the room by themselves while I retrieved our belongs. I couldn't leave in the room for any reason. Wow if im getting ice or going to the vending machine for a midnight snack. I have to wake and take my kids with me that's absurd. My television was set to spanish and I didn't have a working remote to change it back and was told I would have to go to the desk to and wake my children or wait until the morning when they woke up inorder to retrieve a working one. I paid 300.00 and I would never stay here nor recommend it to no one!

I've been here three weeks and the exterminator has been here twice. The ROACHES just stare at him and keep it moving. The cable goes in and out all day and you pay for internet separate from your room fees. The staff is very nice and courteous

Comfortable rooms. House keeping less than desired.Wifi adequate for free. No restaurant on premises. Will accept pets at an additional charge.

Man this place the people and the staff are AWESOME. I WANT TO ESPECIALLY SHOUT OUT TO CHEYENNE I PERSONALLY WITNESSED HER GIVING A WALLET BACK THAT HAD ALL THE MONEY STILL IN IT SHES AWESOME AND FRANKLY DESERVES A RAISE SHES ALWAYS BUBBLY AND LOVES HER JOB THE REST OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE THE SAME I JUST KNEW THIS INSTANT PERSONALLY....ITS A SAFE WELL KEPT FAMIKY ATMOSPHERE IF YA AROUND CHECK EM OUT

Never got to experience a room. Hotel desk clerks would not come to the desk window. I yelled out to them and tried calling them several times and no answer. They were giggling, talking and having too much fun. I called choice hotel guest relations and rep had an attitude with me. I drove out of my way too.

It is a graet place but I would appreciate dog poop not being in the hotel.

Price was right....workers friendly & some are always hard at work. However disappointed, came here yrs ago it was in better shape & cleaner. Pest/roach issues in room. Just not very clean. Notice stains on carpet, rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly. Found cigarette butt behind dresser doing my own cleaning of room, in a non smoking room. Trash outside is thrown all over near dumpster. I don't want hurt their business but they need to hire more staff to clean up. One person or two people running their heads off to get all rooms clean isn't sufficient. I will not go back.

If I could put a lower review I would. This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The first time there was roaches all over the room. I told the front desk clerk and I was told they would take care of it. Now the second time, they put me in room 210 first. It had roaches everywhere including I. The refrigerator. I went back down stairs and talked to the front desk clerk and she apologized and gave me a new room. Room 211 had black mold in the bathroom, the toilet paper had not been changed from the last occupants. The light in the kitchen was dirty but the upside, it at least smelled clean and only had 2 roaches.

Affordable, long term stay. Friendly staff. Basic hotel. Stuff went wrong, but Maintenance man was out of town. Roaches, so bring a plug-in deterrent.

Dirty, found roaches in bathroom, horrible customer service. Very noisy at night. Rooms are small. Beds suck very uncomfortable. Basic free WiFi is slow. Only one light switch for whole room, so you cant just have the one over the bed on.
