My experience with NuWest is that they rarely answer the phone and are not particularly interested in calling you back. They were not pleasant to work for.
Their service is not efficient nor good. They ask you to fill out tons of private information before they interview you, which can take you at least 30 minutes to review all the contract content unless you don't care what you put your signature for.
