I signed up for this academy for proximity. I took a French course for a year. I already had the B1 and wanted to start the B2, the fact is that they did not offer the B2 and they managed to entangle me to do a B1 course again with two more people ... Also, the teacher was not very good, but at least he was a native ...
Pd: For me, mandatory time in the computer room should be optional. It didn't help me at all, basically because I already had the basic vocabulary of the level ...

I have taken an intensive English course this summer and the result has been very good, far exceeding my expectations.

Tutor is good, although I didn t realize that of the two hours twice a week, half of that would be on Roseta stone, which if I m being truthful I could have paid for by myself for a good deal less. The main reason I came here was that it was close to my house. The payment system was very unflexible, which as a student was painful.

I have done an intensive English course and the teachers have been excellent, very involved in the classes.

We have practiced a lot of conversation when we are in a small group.

I am doing an English course and the truth is that I am very comfortable with the teacher and with the staff of the Center, that with the one that is falling is appreciated.

All of the above applies only to the German department (composed of a teacher) and the reception staff:

- Abusive price in relation to the quality of teaching: we spend the 4 hours of daily class doing individual exercises in silence, whether on a computer or on paper. The teacher never explains the theory, gives us fact sheets and we read them silently individually. The times we asked him to explain it, he looked at the fact sheets and just read them aloud. He doesn't prepare the exercises, he completes the answers as we answer them, so it takes time to correct them because you have to think about it.

- Although by e-mail the academy staff assured us that the classes would be of the level we requested (B2.2), they did not have books of this level, nor listenings, nor specific resources to which we put d email agreement, so we always did exercises at a much lower level than this. Even when we searched the Internet and other German grammar books for a list with the explicit topic of B2.2, the classes didn't change at all because, according to the teacher, it was "too difficult to find exercises for that."

- Air conditioning too high: the students wore jackets to class in July, the teacher did not want to open the window because the street was noisy.

- Very hostile treatment by reception and never wanted to hear or talk to us. They knew we didn t agree with what they were doing to us and that completely affected the deal, as they are not at all professional and they never knew or wanted to manage it. We think that they should be used to dealing with children, who do not realize the quality of education or exorbitant prices, much less have they ever had a higher level student than German B2.1

- From an advertised course of 80 hours, 40 of which are on a computer with a program that we didn't like at all because they were exercises that you could find on the internet from home for free.

- After 80 hours of dedicated German and almost 800 euros invested, I haven't learned anything new and I didn't think the staff's treatment was right. I think the price is very abusive, the payment terms too (you have to pay the full fee before classes start and you don t get your money back if you see that the academy methodology is not right for you) and a very great lack of professionalism on the part of the workers with whom I have had contact.

Despite having found a charming and cheerful teacher, who helped me and another classmate (it was a class of 2 people), it is worth noting that half the hours we did were in a computer room doing exercises in a program. Virtually everything we did on computers can be found for free on the internet, or at very low prices. When they offer you X hours for X price, they don t tell you that half will be on computers, and the truth is quite frustrating.

I did a French course in a very small group which allowed me to have a lot of conversation and clarify many doubts.
Although, in principle, I didn't think so, the multimedia exercises have helped me to realize what needed to be reinforced and improved.

The teacher of Portuguese 10! Dynamic classes doing grammar, conversation and reading!
Very old installations with old computers, keyboards without keys, some broken mouse and windows xp ... could really be updated ..
The reception lady with little tact when it comes to attending and treating other workers in front of the clients ...

I have needed a "push" in my English for my work and although I do not have too much for languages I have improved remarkably in both listening and spoken fluency.
