NorthWest Cleaning Services

Was provided great service and would recommend their carpet cleaning service.

Northwest Cleaning has been cleaning the school I manage for the last year. Justin responds to emergencies quickly and the classroom is always clean. He is professional and the price is perfect for a small school like us. I highly recommend Northwest Cleaning Services.

NW Cleaning was great! Came on very short notice, did a great job, and was a terrific price! I will definately use this service in the future for carpet cleaning!

Justin came out and took the moss off my roof. He did an amazing job! He was very easy to work with through email (since I work odd hours). 10/10 would recommend.

Justin is super communicative. I appreciate his patience with our questions. The customer service is great!!!

Justin provided excellent, timely and affordable service, likely extending the life of my home's old carpet as well as my area rug. He impressed me first by answering my call on a Saturday, was quick to schedule an appointment, and seemed exceptionally well versed in the appropriate treatments and techniques for cleaning different types of carpets and stains.
Though we had to reschedule my initial appointment due to equipment malfunction, he was quick to let me know and got me set up for the following day.
He was incredibly polite and professional as well as punctual and showed up exactly when expected.
His services are also incredibly affordable and well worth the cost!

Did an amazing job cleaning our very well lived in carpet. Very pleased with service.

They did a great job for us even got out some stains we weren't expecting friendly and fast. Over all great job

Great company. Thorough job on our carpets (they never looked so clean). And the customer service given by Justin was off the charts. Hands down, the best carpet cleaners in town. We will be using them again.

Had NW Carpet Cleaning clean a 1000 square foot apartment, all carpeted. It was pretty dirty and smelled strongly of wet dog. Ugh.

Stefan used a non-toxic cleaner and left the place smelling pristine and a little like a cherry orchard. He uses the least amount of chemicals, which is definitely a plus. And he's competitively priced. He was much less expensive than anyone else I looked at and we were able to schedule the cleaning quickly. He was done in an hour, which included powerwashing the deck. All for under $100. What a great find! Thanks, Stefan!

We had an entire bottle of red NyQuil spill on our carpet. It was a bad spill and it looked hopeless. Justin advised me on the phone how to treat the spot until NW Cleaning Services could get there to try to remove it. (Don't use ANY solutions - just water...)

He told me before he started that this was a very difficult stain and that he couldn't guarantee the results, but he had some ideas of how to treat it. He knew about the chemical makeup of the stain and informed me that he would start with iron removal (who knew?) I'm very surprised that he was able to remove as much of the stain as he did. There is still a shadow, but he removed far more of the stain than I ever thought possible.

He also cleaned the rest of our carpets, and they look beautiful. I'm used to vacuuming prior to a carpet cleaning, and I didn't have to do that. He brought in a sturdy vacuum (stronger than mine), and he vacuumed completely before he ever started shampooing/cleaning the floors.

Justin was friendly, on-schedule, and knowledgeable. I'll be calling again, but hopefully it won't be for a NyQuil stain.

Justin stopped by and gave me a quote that I thought very reasonable for requested services. After windows and carpet cleaning done was very happy with his work.
Justin is professional, friendly, as well as knowledgeable about his work.

I highly recommend this business! Justin did an awesome job!

I have a white carpet with difficult stains that show up, or not, depending on the light. Justin came out three times to make sure the job got done. I highly recommend his services!

They did a wonderful job on my carpets and I had such great service. I highly recommend Northwest Cleaning... Great job.

Justin has been cleaning my windows and carpeting for the past 5 years. What i like about Justin/Northwest Cleaning Services is his attention to small details... his knowledge and professionalism is second to none.

I've been using Justin for a few years and he never fails to deliver. His customer service and attention to detail are second to none. If you're looking for a company to trust, then Northwest Cleaning Services is for you.

Justin was SO great. My dad was moving to Bellingham from another state, in a week, but the garage in his new place smelled like pet urine. Justin was able to meet me for a consultation the very next morning, and came to clean it the day after that. It was such a fast process, and he was so nice and professional, and really knows his business. We will absolutely be using his services again, and passing along his info to our friends and family.

Justin was quick, responsive, and did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpets. He was also able to accommodate our young kids needs and provide a variety of clean chemical options. Would highly recommend Northwest Cleaning Services!

I recently call Justin from Northwest Cleaning Services to get some information on having the floors at my Day Care waxed. To my delight it turned out he went to my Center as boy!
He came out to give me a bid within a few days. I scheduled his company to do the job and am completely satisfied. His prices were very reasonable and his work pristine. I am a bit of a perfectionist and was worried about the edges and corners but no need to worry he did a fantastic job! I will always contract him to do my cleaning jobs. Thank you!

Justin was awesome, he came on short notice & did a fantastic job. He estimated a 2 hour time frame & was done in less than an hour & the carpets looked great. Definitely recommend Justin & Northwest Cleaning!

Did a great job and very timely. We would recommend to others!

Very professional. Able to get an appointment quicky, arrived on time. Did not finish the job until i was completely satisfied. Would recommend and will use again.

No show, no call, totally ghosted me. He hasn't returned any of my calls for 2 days. Hopefully nothing bad happened to him. I'm going to look elsewhere. Hope you have a better experience with him.

Superior service. On time, did what I requested and beyond. Will have him do repeat services in future. I would recommend his company to others.
