Irresponsible. I have been calling for the past months to do a simple change and noone picks up the phone.
This is an amazing place!! The people who work here are so kind and genuinely caring.
It is a wonderful organization for our special needs citzens!!!
I was trying to change my PDA and am still trying. No one answers the phone when you call. When you press 0 to leave a message your disconnected or get a buzy single or your disconnected then if you e mail them your email is blocked. Terrible company to do business with people United Healthcare needs to get a new dub contractor this company is totally a waste of time. I am drafting a complaint if your experience had been similar send me an e mail I would like to bring a class action you can join in. messinafrank06@gmail.com
They never answer the phone. I've been on hold for 2 days now and called 3 months ago and yet not even my case worker can contact me back. How are you guys close on payday or until 3pm when you open at 9am???? They only answer after 3 and their answering machine always say estimated wait time 5 minutes then 20 minutes later, your estimated wait time is 9 minutes. You guys need to get your ahit together or close for good because your really not helping anyone but yourself. This place is beginning to look like a joke. Soon there will be a lawsuit.
I've volunteered here a few times with friends during bingo nights on Sunday. It's a great way to volunteer and meet some great people.
Every pay week there seems to have issue of time sheet. PCA never get pay right amount and scheduled pay date and times. Customers service call waiting time is more than 30 mins. Importantly needed to bring changes in this areas.
It is the worst service, they have a contract with Masshealth. The waiting time is unacceptable and the customer service is horrible. Any request you submit never gets done. The payroll system they use is horrible.
Very rude, Masshealth should consider other companies out there.
They love to give you the run around when you as a PCA have a issue takes about a month to get fixed. Especially when it involves your payroll. Also you have to wait on the phone 20 minutes plus.
First time caller, I m on the phone with them now and still on hold, 30 mins plus. Horrible service!!
When will you call the pca or hma about their payroll The surrogates never give us the messages that we don t get paid or there s something wrong with the time sheets when you guys called you should be calling the PCA instead of the surrogate the PCA is the one you should be calling it s the PCAs money not the Sara gets so here I am on a Friday waiting to get paid to pay my bills can t do that because you call somebody that doesn t give me the message I said call the PCAs
Honestly, at first it was as little frustrating but I can say they place has helped my family out alot...as long as you dont complain I guess. I'm only saying the last part because of the other comments. Lol god bless everyone and I hope you get the service that you wish for.
Worst service...customer service is 30 minute wait time and never get anything done
Absolutely terrible. I have been a PCA with this company for 2 years and every single time I fax or mail in my time sheet there seems to be some sort of issue. I triple check them before I send them in. I am not receiving the payments I work for and am not aware of it until weeks later when I have to call to find out. Horrible. They keep your money and don t call to let you know. I put my phone number on the top of my time sheets for a reason. I am currently in debt because of Northeast Arc. I am working 2 jobs and a full time student. I have bills to pay and I work very hard at my job. I will be speaking to the Board of Labor about this unprofessional company. If you are a PCA and the consumer has this company under their insurance, switch immediately. Don t go through the struggles I am currently going through.
Monthly meetings here for AANE, my favorite being the pizza, and game night on the first Thursday of every month.
Meet new friends, eat pizza, and play games together!
It is an institution that helps the community a lot. Thank you very much for your services.
this what happens when you call northeast Arc. I been on hold for 45 mins. i end up hang up. i got tired of waiting. please hire more staff
I have been with northeast arc services for my mother for years . they have taken good care of us . and the staff is quick , personal with you and truly amazing . if you need elder care you wont find a better agency who really cares .
Dont expect anything from this company. Awful awful and more awful. My son was to receive therapy during the start of Covid and these are hours that the school has paid for and northeast arc decided to leave my son and many others without services for months. They furloughed employees when the need and the money was there. Here is months later and northeast arc has a clear problem providing providers for their clientele. No one answers the phone, no director calls back, they are beyond unprofessional. Steer very clear from this company. I know I will be.
STAY AWAY !!! I warned about this company 2 years ago!!! Management has no experience and the staff rotation is so high they cant even train them. Staff would surf the web on their phones during every visit!!!! When we pointed it out and started making demands they dropped the services with less than a week warning....they could care less about the children...I guess the current reviews on google have started to show who they are :)
Was there a year, nothing good to say. Worst customer service ever. Nobody is ever at there office. And they still owe me money and no one to resolve your problem
Customer service is bad. On hold for hours just to be hung up on while speaking to an agent. Ridiculous.
I have been working for northeast arc for the past 5months and it has been an EXTREME headache with getting my pay..waiting MONTHS to get paid and given the run around from FI customer service reps and their supervisors! HORRIBLE payroll dept!!
