When you're building a brand theres nothing you want more than someone who listens and really understands your ideas. Edge Creative are a very talented bunch and can do everything from logos, websites, social, POS, and when you're a new brand its great to have a one stop shop who will hold your hand through the process.

Edge are a top class company who really get to understand the businesses they work with and work closely with their clients in delivering a compelling proposition. I started working with EDGE Creative at the back end of 2019 to get two websites built for the group of companies I am the Marketing Director for.

I've been in marketing many years, and so have experienced all types of agencies, most of which won't get a glowing review from me.

However, EDGE do, and here's why...

They listened, understood and then asked questions directly related to my business, objections, timelines and budgets WITHOUT pushing their own views of marketing on to me.

As a Marketing Director, I know my stuff, and they knew I did, so left that side of things and focussed on what we were really looking for.

All the other companies who tendered the contract were more interested in telling me their view of things, rather than actually listening to what I wanted.

From there the experience for me was perfect.

Communication was consistent and relevant and meetings were on point.

Any delays in advancement of the project were completely down to me and my team not delivering what was required.

EDGE delivered when they said they would.

I needed to operate within a certain budget, and EDGE's flexibility in crafting a quote that could fall within that, made the decision to go with them a no brainer.

Like I say, with my experience, I can be an agency's worst critic because of my knowledge and exacting standards, but I simply couldn't find a bad word to say about EDGE if you pushed me on it.

I worked closely with Kelly and it was an absolute pleasure to do so. I always felt like I was talking with a mate; very good company, fun, open to new ideas, no nonsense or fluff and very productive at every turn.
